Common use of LMSW Exam Clause in Contracts

LMSW Exam. All MSWs employed in MSW positions who have not taken and passed the LMSW licensing exam shall be granted “two and a half (2.5)” days off, with pay, to prepare for the exam prior to the date of an exam for which they are registered. This time off to study will only be granted to each eligible employee on one occasion.
