lnventory. Store the Inventory with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party unless Bank has received a pledge of the warehouse receipt covering such Inventory. Except for Inventory sold in the ordinary course of business and except for such other locations as Bank may approve in writing, Borrower shall keep the Inventory only at the location set forth in Section 10 hereof and such other locations of which Borrower gives Bank prior written notice and as to which Borrower signs and files a financing statement where needed to perfect Bank's security interest, provided that Borrower may permit up to three fully integrated systems (including components) at any time to be used as demonstration units, the locations of which may change without notice to or consent of Bank.
lnventory. All of Seller's inventory included in the Assets and the location thereof is shown on SCHEDULE 1.01A, is useable or saleable in the ordinary course of the Business, and is in a quantity and of a quality suitable for sale in the ordinary course of the Business.
