Load Assignment. Part-time adjunct teaching faculty shall have the right, subject to the xxxx’x approval, to select classes in the adjunct’s qualifying department each semester, for which they are qualified.

SUB-CONTRACTING AND ASSIGNMENT 18.1 Subject to clause 18.3, neither party shall assign, novate, subcontract or otherwise dispose of any or all of its rights and obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, neither may the Supplier sub-contract the whole or any part of its obligations under this agreement except with the express prior written consent of the Authority, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
Room Assignment The Landlord will assign rooms in accordance with the current assignment practice set by Residence Services. The Landlord reserves the right to transfer or move Tenants when deemed necessary. Tenants failing to arrive within 48 hours of the specified move-in date, without informing Residence Services of the delay, will lose their room assignment.
SUBLEASING AND ASSIGNMENT The Sublessee may not lease, sublease, or assign the Premises without the prior written consent of the Sublessor.
Subcontracting and Assignment 9. The School Bus Operator shall not sub-contract, transfer or assign this Contract or any part of this Parent Agreement without the prior written consent of the School. Overload Assignments (a) An overload assignment is defined as the assignment of duties in excess of the faculty member’s full-time appointment.
Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.
Subcontract and Assignment This Agreement binds the heirs, successors, assigns and representatives of the Contractor. The Contractor shall not enter into subcontracts for any work contemplated under this Agreement and shall not assign this Agreement or monies due or to become due, without the prior written consent of the General Manager of the Agency or his designee, subject to any required state or federal approval. Sublease and Assignment Tenant shall have the right without Landlord's consent, to assign this Lease to a corporation with which Tenant may merge or consolidate, to any subsidiary of Tenant, to any corporation under common control with Tenant, or to a purchaser of substantially all of Tenant's assets. Except as set forth above, Tenant shall not sublease all or any part of the Leased Premises, or assign this Lease in whole or in part without Landlord's consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
PARTIES BOUND; ASSIGNMENT This Guaranty shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, assigns and legal representatives; provided, however, that Guarantor may not, without the prior written consent of Lender, assign any of its rights, powers, duties or obligations hereunder.
SUBLET/ASSIGNMENT The Lessee may not transfer or assign this Lease, or any right or interest hereunder or sublet said leased Premises or any part thereof without first obtaining the prior written consent and approval of the Lessor.
