Load Limits. City warrants and represents that wharves on the Premises will support the load limits specified in Exhibit “B.” Tenant shall allow no loading in excess of such limits without the prior written consent of the Harbor Department, which consent may be provided by a Harbor Engineer’s Permit or a Heavy Lift Permit. Upon receipt of a notice from City that the load limits on E xhibit “B” have been exceeded, Tenant immediately shall take all appropriate steps to correct such condition and, irrespective of such notice, shall, as between City and Tenant, be solely responsible for any cost, expense or damage resulting from exceeding the load limits.
