LOADING AND TRIMMING. 4.1 The coal cargo shall be loaded and spout trimmed in accordance with the Master’s written instructions to the Master’s satisfaction in conformity with the la test edition of the IMO code and applicable regulations. Provided not in default, the Terminal shall not be required to rehandle coal loaded or to load coal in a manner not in conformity with the performance characteristics of the shiploading equipment. 4.2 The coal cargo shall be loaded in such a manner to dispatch the vessel as expeditiously as possible utilizing the full capacity of the shiploading equipment, always provided loading is safe to vessel and in compliance with all applicable regulations. 4.3 Prior to loading, the Shipper shall provide details regarding the nature of the material as required by the latest edition of the IMO code. The Terminal, on behalf of Shipper, will provide a copy of the certificate to the Master.
LOADING AND TRIMMING. Notwithstanding provisions of the first paragraph of the Article 5/C of General Conditions Governing (****) annexed to the Agreement, OCP shall undertake to load phosphate rock on board RHODIA FM’s vessels. Loading of the cargo at (****) port is accomplished by using the retractable loading spout at a vertical position, inside the section of hold opening (any special trimming and leveling, if required, shall be borne by the shipowner).   • Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map.   • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
