Loading Point Vetting. Customer shall have the obligation to ensure that procedures are in place such that all trucks and rail cars (other than the Provider Tank Cars) delivering Customer Hydrocarbons to a Receipt Point or taking Customer Hydrocarbons from a Delivery Point (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Loading Point), meet the Applicable Requirements and all Terminal Rules. Provider shall advise Customer of such standards and any changes thereto.
