Common use of Loading Clause in Contracts

Loading. No Owner or its agents licensees or contractors shall place on any part of the Land or of the Building or any part of the floor of any Unit any vehicle, article, machinery, goods or merchandise which may cause the maximum floor loading-bearing capacity thereof to be exceeded. In the event of a breach of this paragraph, the defaulting Owner shall indemnify the other Owners and the Manager against all losses, damages and expenses that may be suffered or incurred as a result of such a breach and without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, make good any damage caused to the relevant part of the Building or the Unit or any fixtures and fittings therein.
