Loan Activity Report Clause Samples
The Loan Activity Report clause requires the borrower to provide regular updates on the status and performance of the loan to the lender. Typically, this involves submitting periodic reports detailing payments made, outstanding balances, and any relevant changes in the loan's terms or collateral. By mandating these reports, the clause ensures transparency and enables the lender to monitor the loan's health, thereby reducing the risk of default or mismanagement.
