Inventory Reports has the meaning given to such term in Section 9.36.

Inventory Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Inventory Reports means those reports prepared by Borrower listing Borrower's Eligible Inventory balances as of the last day of each month which balances Borrower shall represent and warrant as being calculated in accordance with GAAP and which shall be presented in a format acceptable to Bank.
Inventory Reports means the monthly reports made by Xxxx pertaining to Xxxx'x inventory of Product in stockpiles at Xxxx'x facilities, including the Premises.
Inventory Reports means each of the standard monthly inventory report produced by SPLP with respect to the Amdel Pipeline and the standard monthly inventory report produced by SMPT with respect to the Nederland Terminal, which shall show volumes the held by the Company in the Included Crude Facilities as of 11:59:59 p.m. CPT on October 31, 2011.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Environmental Reports means each and every “Phase I Environmental Site Assessment” (and, if applicable, “Phase II Environment Site Assessment”) as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-2000 and an asbestos survey, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, prepared by one or more Environmental Auditors and delivered to Lender and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.

  • Privacy Statements means, collectively, all of the Company’s and the Company Subsidiaries’ publicly posted privacy policies (including if posted on the Company’s or the Company Subsidiaries’ products and services) regarding the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage, maintenance, retention, deletion, disposal, modification or processing of Personal Data.

  • Year-End Financial Statements has the meaning specified in Section 4.5.

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.

  • Target Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).
