Common use of Loan Administrative Fees Clause in Contracts

Loan Administrative Fees. A Manager or an Affiliate of a Manager may receive a loan administrative fee in an amount of up to 1% of the principal amount of each new Loan originated or acquired on the Company’s behalf for services rendered in connection with the selection and underwriting of potential Loans. Such fees shall be payable by the Company upon the closing of each Loan.
