LOAN GUIDELINES. The Contracts of Borrower shall comply at all times with Law, with the Loan Guidelines and the terms, conditions and disclosures in each lending relationship by and between Borrower and its customer.

LOAN GUIDELINES. Except as outlined above, the issuance of loans under this Plan shall be subject to written guidelines set forth in a separate document by the Vendor of the Annuity Contract or Custodial Account, which shall govern the availability, terms, and procedures for Participants to obtain loans under that Annuity Contract or Custodial Account.
LOAN GUIDELINES. The Loan Guidelines shall have been delivered by Borrower to Lender which shall comport with the requirements of this Loan Agreement.
LOAN GUIDELINES. The terms and conditions of any loans made from the Plan shall be set forth in the "Loan Guidelines" that shall be adopted by the Employer as a part of the Plan, and which hereby are incorporated in this Plan by reference. Such Loan Guidelines may be amended from time to time by the Employer, and shall provide, among other things: (a) The identity of the person or positions authorized to administer the loan program established pursuant to this Article 10; (b) The procedure for applying for loans; (c) The basis on which loans will be approved or denied; (d) Limitations (if any) on the types and amount of loans that are available under the Plan; (e) The procedure for determining a reasonable rate of interest that will be charged on loans; (f) The types of collateral that may secure a Participant's loan; and (g) The events constituting default and the steps that will be taken to preserve Plan assets in the event of such default.

  • Credit Policy Subject to Section 6.01(h), the Borrower will not consent to Regional Management’s amendment, modification, restatement or replacement, in whole or in part, of the Credit Policy, which change could adversely affect the interests or the remedies of the Secured Parties under the Basic Documents, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Required Lenders) (and the Required Lenders shall use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to such consent request within five Business Days of their receipt thereof).
