Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.
Member and Local Union Responsibilities The Local Union and the Xxxxxxx will work with members to correct and solve problems related to job performance. • Job Stewards shall be provided with xxxxxxx training and receive specialized training with regard to the UA Standard for Excellence. • Regular meetings will be held where the job xxxxxxx along with UA Supervision will communicate with the management team regarding job progress, work schedules, and other issues affecting work processes. • The Job Xxxxxxx shall communicate with the members’ issues affecting work progress. • The Business Manager or his designee will conduct regularly scheduled meetings to discuss and resolve issues affecting compliance of the UA Standard for Excellence policy. • The Xxxxxxx and management will attempt to correct such problems with individual members in the workplace. • Individual members not complying with membership responsibility shall be brought before the Local Union Executive Board who will address such members’ failure to meet their obligation to the local and the UA, up to and including filing charges. The Local Union’s role is to use all available means to correct the compliance problem including but not limited to mandatory retraining for members after offences.
Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice. WORK TO BE PERFORMED
Program Coordinator An individual designated by the program director to assist the program director in managing Match activities.
Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.
Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager. Donor Coordination Throughout the multi-year development of the Compact, MCC and the Government have engaged in an inclusive process that included consultations with the United States Government, Nepali communities and key private sector actors, non-government actors, and other donors as well as multilateral organizations. In particular, MCC worked closely with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank in reviewing and agreeing on various power sector reforms required in Nepal for future programming by the two banks. MCC also consulted frequently with the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (“DFID”) during its preparation of a political economy analysis of power sector reform.
