Local Delivery Network Upgrades. i. If the Interconnection Customer has an Option (A) Generating Facility, the Interconnection Customer shall be entitled to a repayment equal to the total amount the Interconnection Customer paid to the Distribution Provider for the costs of Local Delivery Network Upgrades.
