Local Development and Poverty Reduction. A maximum level of funding available from the total eligible expenditure of the programme for infrastructure (hard measures), and provisions for co-funding, shall be identified in the concept note. The relevant public institution(s) in the Slovak Republic in charge of the cross-cutting policy area in question, the relevant ministries and Plenipotentiaries, especially the Plenipotentiary for Roma Communities, shall be actively involved in the preparation and implementation of the programme, including, when feasible, as member(s) of the Cooperation Committee. bilateral relations.
