Local Highway Network. 3.4.1 The local highway network comprises of ‘A’ and ‘B’ classified roads and unclassified residential and rural roads within the vicinity of the scheme. The area is constrained to the east by the North Sea and to the west by the Suffolk Broads. 3.4.2 The B1531 Waveney Drive runs along the southern boundary of the proposed scheme, and feeds into the B1531 Victoria Road approximately 1km to the west, at the junction with Xxxxxxx Run. Together, these form the main east-west route on the south side of Lake Lothing. Each road is a wide single carriageway road, with good forward visibility and are subjected to a 30mph speed limit. The B1531 Waveney Drive will be accessible via a connection to the new southern junction, on its connection at Riverside Road. 3.4.3 The C909 Denmark Road runs along the northern boundary of the proposed scheme and forms one of the primary east-west routes on the north side of Lake Lothing. It feeds into the C971 Peto Way at the North Quay Retail Park to the west, and the A12 to the east, adjacent to Lowestoft Station. The overall width of the carriageway is narrow where residential parking exists on the eastbound section of Denmark Road (between Hervey Street and Trafalgar Street). Accessibility from the proposed scheme will be provided by the new northern junction, which will tie into Denmark Road. 3.4.4 The A146 is a main distributor road which feeds into Lowestoft from Norwich and terminates at the junction with the A1117 Cotmer Road, adjacent to Oulton Broad South Station. It connects with numerous other ‘A’ and ‘B’ roads to provide access across Suffolk and Norfolk. A146 also connects to routes onwards to Norwich Airport. From the location of the proposed scheme, this north-south corridor through the western periphery of Lowestoft is accessible via the B1531 Waveney Drive / Victoria Road and is subjected to a 30mph speed limit for the duration of its route within the boundaries of the town. 3.4.5 The A1117 is a main distributor road that provides a direct connection between Bloodmoor Roundabout at the A12 / A1117 / A1445 junction, Mutford Lock and the Northern Spine Road at Millennium Way. This provides an onward connection onto the A12 Yarmouth Road towards Great Yarmouth. From the location of the proposed scheme, this north-south corridor through the western periphery of Lowestoft is accessible via the B1531 Waveney Drive / Victoria Road. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Reconex. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Reconex.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
