Local settlement of disputes. Any disagreement shall primarily be resolved at the lowest possible organisational level. Disputes between a company and its employees shall primarily be resolved by negotiation between the company and the company shop stewards. From these meetings minutes of the proceedings shall be taken and signed by both parties. Addition to the record of proceedings: This provision does not preclude meetings/discussions being held by telephone when this is deemed appropriate and the parties so agree.
