LOCAL UNION CONDITIONS. 21.01 Local 183 - Oshawa Apprentice Xxxxx Tenders shall be paid seventy-five percent (75%) of the applicable rate for the first 1200 hours worked; ninety percent (90%) of the applicable rate for the second 1200 hours worked; and one hundred percent (100%) of the applicable rate for all hours worked thereafter.
