Locate Services. Respond to COUNTY requests for location information by accessing available resources, such as the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Crime Information Bureau and out- of-county and out-of-state law enforcement agents.
Locate Services. (a) The Locate Services Provider agrees to perform Locate Services only for a Project owner and a Dedicated Locate Project ID, as described in Schedule 1 and approved by the City, within the City of Brampton Coverages. The Parties may from time to time agree to amend Schedule 1 to confirm Locate Services to be performed for additional Project owners and/or projects and Dedicated Locate Project ID’s, the amendment reflecting such change to be initialled by the Parties and attached hereto and form a part hereof and any such restated Schedule 1 shall replace the original Schedule. The Locate Services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including: (i) the Guide, the version of which as at the date of this Agreement is in schedule “2”; and (ii) 3rd Party Contractor Acknowledgement (iii) the requirements of the Act, and associated regulations (iv) City of Brampton mandatory requirements for Dedicated Locator in each case as amended from time to time. The Locate Services shall be provided in relation to all buried service infrastructure systems owned directly by the City including Storm Sewers, Low Impact Development Storm Sewers, Streetlights, Park/Pathway Lights, City owned Traffic Signals/PxOs, Transit Züm infrastructure. The services do not include any plant owned by the Local Distribution Company “Alectra” or within the Regional signalized intersections owned by the Region of Peel. There is also City Plant located on private property that may require Locates pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the details for which can be found in the Guide.
Locate Services. (a) The Locate Service Provider agrees to perform Locate Services only for the Dedicated Locate Project ID within the Town of Fort Erie Coverages both contained in Schedule 1 in accordance with every requirement set forth in the Agreement, including: (i) the Project Specific Terms and Conditions set out in Schedules 1 and 2, and (ii) the requirements of the Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notification System Act, S.O. 2012, c.4, and associated regulations in each case as amended from time to time. (b) The Locate Services shall be provided in relation to all buried service infrastructure systems owned directly by the Town including sanitary and storm sewers, watermains, streetlights and miscellaneous electrical and telecommunications fibre infrastructure. There are also a small number of privately owned services that lie within road allowances that are also covered under this contract. These services would be identified in plant records. Additional details as to the location, nature and extent of infrastructure to be located under this agreement can be found in the Schedule 2 Guide.

Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Our Services As insurance intermediaries we generally act as the agent of our client. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us. However, in certain circumstances we may act for and owe duties of care to other parties, including the insurer. We will advise you when these circumstances occur, so you will be aware of any possible conflict of interest. In some cases, we act for insurers under a delegated authority agreement and can enter into insurance policies, issue policy documentation and/or handle or settle claims on their behalf. Where we act on behalf of the insurer and not you, we will notify you accordingly and in relation to claims we will advise you of this fact when you notify us of a claim. Notwithstanding this, we endeavour to always act in your best interest. As intermediaries, we offer a wide range of insurance products and have access to many leading insurance companies and the Lloyd’s market. Depending on the type of cover you require and where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation, we will offer you a policy from either: • a single insurer; • a limited range of insurers; or • a fair analysis that is representative of the insurance market. We will advise you separately as to which of these apply before we arrange your policy and where we have not undertaken a fair analysis of the market, we will provide you with a list of insurers considered. This will include sufficient information to enable you to make an informed decision about the policy that we have recommended, together with a quotation which will itemise any fees that are payable in addition to the premium. This documentation will also include a statement of your demands and needs. You should read this carefully as it will explain reasons for making the recommendation we have made.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.000 to $0.000 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type. Data Services:

  • Food Services The School District will provide for all applicable Student meals as required by State and Federal law and School District rules and procedures as applicable when students attend a College site. Students may purchase food from College food service facilities when on the College campus.
