Location Details. (i) The Licensee shall provide location details of mobile customers in the Service Area as per below mentioned accuracy and time frame (from the effective date of this license). It shall be a part of CDR in the form of longitude and latitude, besides the co- ordinate of the BTS, which is already one of the mandated fields of CDR. Distance in Meters Urban (More than 1 million mobiles in a municipal limit) Sub – Urban & Rural Remote 1 year 2 years 1 year* 2 years 3 years 2 years 3 years *Applicable for the state of J&K, Assam and NE region.
(ii) To start with, these details will be provided for specified mobile numbers. However, within a period of 3 years from effective date of license, location details shall be part of CDR for all mobile calls.
(iii) Depending upon the technological feasibility and development, the limits of accuracy requirement with respect to location as part of CDR can be modified by the Licensor any time in future.
(iv) In case of Licensees who have migrated to Unified License from earlier Access Service license, their obligations regarding location details, as mentioned in the above conditions 8.5(i) to 8.5(iii), with respect to the reference date of obligations shall be carried forward.

Location Details. The photographer will photograph in and around your home or location of choice. You are responsible for seeking permission for photography at any location you ask the photographer to shoot in. If the photographer is told to stop photographing at any time or for any reason, the photographer will not be responsible for missed images or events. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold the photographer harmless against any suit, damages or actions arising from use of the location, excluding actions arising from the photographer’s own gross negligence or intentional acts. Please make every effort to give the photographer 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel the photography session. The photographer will work with you to reschedule the session within a reasonable time frame.
