Where an employee requests and is approved to attend a training session, a seminar, a conference, etc., which is related to the employee's duties, the Society may contribute in whole or in part towards expenses depending on funds available. Training and Development courses, conferences or conventions when an employee is required to attend Training and Development course, conference or convention at the expense of the Society, the Society reserves the right to specify the means and the route of travel.
