Location Filming. The Competent Authorities shall have the power to approve location filming in a country other than the countries of the participating co-producers.
Location Filming. 9.1 The audiovisual co-production may undertake location filming in a country other than the countries of the participating co-producers, subject to the approval of the competent authorities. Where location filming in an additional country is agreed, the co-producers shall have the responsibility to ensure that all necessary approvals and permits of that additional country are obtained and complied with.
