  • Meet and Confer If Contractor disputes City’s response, or if City fails to respond within the prescribed time set forth above, Contractor may so notify City and demand a meet and confer conference for settlement of the issues in dispute, in writing sent by registered mail or certified mail, return receipt requested, within fifteen (15) Days of City’s response or within fifteen (15) Days of City’s failure to respond. If Contractor fails to dispute City’s response within the specified time, Contractor’s Claim shall be deemed waived.

  • Obligation to Meet and Confer Before filing any motion in the Court raising a dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the Parties shall consult with each other and certify to the Court that they have consulted.

  • Periodic Update of Contact Information The District shall provide CSEA with a list of all bargaining unit members names and contact information on the last working day of September, January and May.   • Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.

  • Website, Email Address and Toll-Free Number The Administrator will establish and maintain and use an internet website to post information of interest to Class Members including the date, time and location for the Final Approval Hearing and copies of the Settlement Agreement, Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Preliminary Approval, the Class Notice, the Motion for Final Approval, the Motion for Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and Class Representative Service Payment, the Final Approval and the Judgment. The Administrator will also maintain and monitor an email address and a toll-free telephone number to receive Class Member calls, faxes and emails.

  • Notice of Changes If a Party makes a change in its network which it believes will materially affect the interoperability of its network with the other Party, the Party making the change shall provide at least ninety (90) days advance written notice of such change to the other Party.
