LOCATION OF COURSES. ‌ The Point Blank Music School London courses are delivered at Point Blank Music School, 00 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx X0 0XX and/or at 00-00 Xxxx Xx, Xxxxxx N1 5DL unless specifically stated otherwise (e.g. other Point Blank studios, recording and mastering studios, visits offsite to places of interest, live sound venues, etc). Please refer to individual course details on the website at the time of booking and ensure you confirm again shortly before the start of your course. Students must ensure that they have confirmed the location of their course in advance. We reserve the right to secure other locations in which to deliver the courses should the need arise. Students attending courses at our London school will be required to have their Point Blank ID card on display at all times when at any Point Blank premises. Please refer to the Point Blank London ID Card Policy for more information. Online students will not be required to attend the London schools and will not have access to the facilities.

  • Jurisdiction of Courts Québec hereby appoints the person from time to time who holds the position of Delegate General of Québec in New York, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, 00xx xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000-0000, as its authorized agent (the “Authorized Agent”) upon whom process may be served in any action by any Underwriter, or by any person controlling such Underwriter, and based upon this Agreement which may be instituted in any State or Federal court in The City of New York, and expressly accepts the non-exclusive jurisdiction of any such court in respect of such action. Québec hereby irrevocably waives any immunity to service of process in respect of any such action to which the Authorized Agent might otherwise be entitled. Such appointment shall be irrevocable as long as any of the Securities remain outstanding, except that, if for any reason the Authorized Agent ceases to be able to act as agent or no longer has an address in The City of New York, Québec will appoint another person or persons in The City of New York, selected in its discretion, as Authorized Agent(s). Québec will take any and all action, including the filing of any and all documents and instruments that may be necessary to continue such appointment or appointments in full force and effect as aforesaid. Service of process upon the Authorized Agent together with written notice of such service mailed or delivered to Québec at its address set forth in Section 11, shall be deemed in every respect effective service of process upon Québec. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any action by an Underwriter, or by any person controlling such Underwriter, and based upon this Agreement may be instituted in any competent court in Québec. Québec hereby waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any immunity to jurisdiction to which it might otherwise be entitled in any action based on this Agreement which may be instituted as provided in this Section in any State or Federal court in The City of New York or in any competent court in Québec.

  • USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY CONTRACTOR shall not use County property (including equipment, instruments and supplies) or personnel for any purpose other than in the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement.

  • Use of County Facilities County facilities may be made available for use by employees and the Union. Such use shall not occur during regular working hours other than the lunch period. Application for such use shall be made to the management person under whose control the facility is placed.

  • Limitation of County’s Liability Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, any financial obligation the County may incur hereunder, including for the payment of money, shall not be deemed to constitute a pecuniary liability or a debt or general obligation of the County; provided, however, that nothing herein shall prevent the Company from enforcing its rights hereunder by suit for mandamus or specific performance.

  • STATUS OF COUNTY 2 COUNTY is, and at all times shall be deemed to be, an independent contractor. 3 Nothing herein contained shall be construed as creating the relationship of 4 employer and employee, or principal and agent, between CITY and COUNTY 5 or any of COUNTY’s agents or employees.   • Use of State Facilities Where there is available appropriate meeting space in buildings owned or leased by the State, MSEA-SEIU shall be allowed reasonable use of such space at reasonable times for specific meetings, including space suitable for meetings in private between MSEA-SEIU staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances. In addition, in buildings owned or leased by the State that have video conferencing facilities, MSEA-SEIU may be allowed reasonable use of those facilities. Advance arrangements for the use of State facilities shall be made with the department or agency concerned. MSEA-SEIU shall reimburse the State for any additional expense incurred in allowing use of such space. No other employee organization, except such as have been certified or recognized as the bargaining agent for other State employees, shall have the right to meeting space in State facilities for purposes pertaining to terms and conditions of employment of employees. The use of State facilities for meetings shall be in non-work areas or where work is not in progress. Other than meetings in private between MSEA- SEIU staff representatives or stewards and employees in the investigation and processing of grievances, all meetings in State facilities shall be during the off- duty time of employees attending and, in all instances, attendance shall be voluntary. Arrangements for any meetings in State facilities will be made so as to avoid interference with the department's or agency's operations or violation of the department's or agency's security.
