Location of Hearings. In disciplinary cases, the System Board of Adjustment shall meet at the Base of the Flight Attendant who is the subject of the discipline or at another mutually agreeable location. Hearings in all other cases shall be heard in the city where the Company maintains its headquarters or another mutually agreeable location.
