Lodgement of Scheme Order with ASIC M2 will lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Scheme Order as soon as practicable, and in any event by no later than 5.00pm on the first Business Day after the date on which the Court makes that Scheme Order (or on such other Business Day as M2 and Vocus agree).
Lodgement of Scheme Order. If the conditions precedent set out in clause 3.1 (other than the condition precedent in clause 3.1(d)) are satisfied, Avita Australia must lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Court order approving this Scheme as soon as possible and, in any event, by no later than 5.00pm on the first Business Day after the day on which the Court approves this Scheme or such later date as Avita Australia and Avita US agree in writing.
Lodgement of Scheme Order. Petronor must lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Scheme Order as soon as practicable on or before the first Business Day after the date on which the Court makes that Scheme Order.
Lodgement of Scheme Order with ASIC 92 Energy must lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Scheme Order as soon as possible and by no later than 5:00pm on the first Business Day after the date on which the Court makes that Scheme Order (or such later time agreed in writing between 92 Energy and Xxxx).
Lodgement of Scheme Order with ASIC Creso will lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Scheme Order by no later than 5:00pm on the first Business Day after the date on which the Court makes that Scheme Order.
Lodgement of Scheme Order with ASIC If the conditions (other than the conditions in clause 3.1(e)) in clause 3.1 of this Scheme are satisfied or, where applicable, waived, Anatolia will lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Scheme Order as soon as practicable, and in any event by no later than 5.00pm on the first Business Day after the date on which the Court makes that Scheme Order (or on such other Business Day as Anatolia and URI agree). This Scheme will be Effective on and from the Effective Date.
Lodgement of Scheme Order with ASIC If the conditions in clauses 2.1(a) to 2.1(d) are satisfied, BigAir must lodge with ASIC, in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act, an office copy of the Scheme Order approving this Scheme as soon as possible after, and in any event by 5.00pm on the first Business Day after, the day on which the Court approves this Scheme.
