Logo/Trademark License. In accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code Section 1.6 governing the use of the City’s Seal, if the Foundation wishes to seek permission to use the City’s Seal, the Foundation must follow the procedures set forth in Administrative Code Section 1.6 and seek the Board of Supervisorsprior approval. In addition, if the Foundation wishes to use the Department’s logo, it must obtain prior written approval from the Department and if the Department or the City wishes to use the Foundation’s logo, it must obtain prior written approval from the Foundation.

Logo/Trademark License. In accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code § 1.6 governing the use of the City's Corporate Seal, if Friends wishes to seek permission to use the City’s Corporate Seal, Friends must follow the procedures set forth in Administrative Code § 1.6 and seek the City and County San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors prior approval. In addition, if Friends wishes to use the Library’s logo, it must obtain prior written approval from the Library and if the Library or City wishes to use the Friends’ logo, it must obtain prior written approval from Friends.
Logo/Trademark License. 2.1 The LLA undertakes not to assert its rights in the Zhaga Logo against the use of the Zhaga Logo by distributors and resellers of Fully Compliant Licensed Products produced by Licensee and its Affiliated Companies, solely for in the purpose of promotion and sale of such Licensed Products, provided that such use complies with the Logo Guidelines then in effect. In the event that Licensee and/or its Affiliated Companies arranges for the manufacture of one or more Products by a Third Party Manufacturer, the Licensee shall ensure that such Third Party Manufacturer’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to Test of such Products). Licensee further acknowledges and agrees that any breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by such Third Party Manufacturer shall constitute a breach of this License by Licensee and/or its Affiliated Companies.
