Common use of Loitering Clause in Contracts

Loitering. The purpose of this Rental Agreement is for renting Leased Space for the storage of Personal Property. It is agreed that in general there is no reason for Occupant to be at the Facility or in the Leased Space at any time for more than Three (3) consecutive hours. If Occupant, Occupant’s guests, or invitees are in the Leased Space or at the Facility for more than Three (3) hours a day, without specific permission from Operator, this shall be grounds for immediate termination of occupancy.
