Common use of London Living Wage Clause in Contracts

London Living Wage. 38.1 Without prejudice to any other provision of this Agreement, the Grant Recipient shall (and will ensure that its consultants, contractors and sub-contractors shall): 38.1.1 use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that no employees engaged in the provision of the Works is paid an hourly wage (or equivalent of an hourly wage) less than the London Living Wage; 38.1.2 use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that no employees engaged in the provision of the Works is paid less than the amount to which they are entitled in their respective contracts of employment; and 38.1.3 provide to the GLA such information concerning the London Living Wage as the GLA or its nominees may reasonably require from time to time.
