LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS. Whether using a City owned land line or cellular phone: • Long distance calls, including international calls, made for official City business, should be approved by a supervisor prior to making the call; • Long distance calls of a personal nature, using a City owned phone, should be made under very limited circumstances. Such calls must be approved by a supervisor prior to making the call.
