Long Term Care Benefit. Eligibility will be determined by the plan provider. Eligible teachers shall have the option to participate in the plan on a voluntary basis. Any payments to the plan provider will not be made on a before-tax basis; however, teachers may choose to have amounts deducted from their after-tax earnings and submitted to the plan provider on their behalf.
