Common use of Long Term Storage Provisions Clause in Contracts

Long Term Storage Provisions. (a) An employee who leases furnished accommodations will be provided with long-term storage benefits for the length of their appointment, or three years, whichever is less. (b) Any employee of the Employer who relocates to a new community or accepts a change in appointment to indeterminate status with the Employer, and continues to lease furnished accommodations will be entitled to a renewal of the long-term storage benefit provision, for the length of their new appointment or three years, whichever is less. (c) An employee of the Employer, who moves to unfurnished accommodations in a new community and is presently in receipt of long-term storage benefits, will be entitled to the relocation of their effects out of storage and to their new accommodation at the Employer’s expense, subject to the maximum amounts set out in this Article.
