Common use of Longevity Bonus Clause in Contracts

Longevity Bonus. Employees with fifteen (15) years of continuous full-time service shall receive a longevity bonus on their anniversary date and each year thereafter. Deferment for leave of absence shall be deductible and not considered as a break in service.
