Common use of Longevity Clause in Contracts

Longevity. At the beginning of 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, and 40 years of permanent employment with the Board, the employee shall receive longevity salary increments in accordance with the current salary schedule.

Longevity. At the beginning of 10the 11th, 1213th, 1415th, 1617th, 1819th, 2021st, 2223rd, 2425th, 2627th, 2829th, 3031st, 3233rd, 3435th, 36, 3837th, and 40 years 40th year of permanent employment with the BoardBoard of Education, the employee shall receive longevity salary increments in accordance with the current salary schedule.
