Looking for another employer. Source: Paragraph 1.f of Article 44 of the Collective Agreement for the Dutch Technical Wholesale Sector. When: to look for another employer after the employer has given notice to terminate the employment contract, if the employee has been in the employer’s service for an uninterrupted period of at least 4 weeks immediately prior to the notice of termination. How long: the time required, subject to a maximum of 5 hours. Salary: on full pay.
