Loss of or damage to keys. If the Vehicle’s keys are lost or stolen or damaged or are not returned to us when you give the Vehicle back to us then, in addition to the cost of the replacement keys, you must pay us the Light Damage Administration Charge for each set of keys that is lost, stolen, damaged or not returned.

  • Loss or Damage Lessee hereby assumes and shall bear the entire risk of any loss, theft, damage to, or destruction of, any unit of Equipment from any cause whatsoever from the time the Equipment is shipped to Lessee.
