Loss of Seniority Within Unit. 1. The employee retires, quits or is discharged. 2. The employee is absent from work for two (2) consecutive work days without notifying the immediate supervisor of the reason for the absence. 3. The employee does not return from layoff status within ten (10) work days from the date of recall providing the person is currently employed elsewhere.
