LOT A – COMMERIAL DOORS AND GATES PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing PM and repair service for doors and gates as specified on Attachment A and related equipment. The equipment manufacturer’s manuals and instructions shall be used for all preventative maintenance activities and repairs.
