Lot Size and Lot Width. A. The MPD Ordinance does not impose a minimum lot size. The minimum lot size for Detached Single Family is 2,200 sq. ft. The minimum lot size does not apply to alternative lot configurations per Section 5.2.6, Cottages, townhomes or Multi‐Family. Lot sizes are dictated by product type, Setbacks, and other specific lot standards described in Section 5 of this Agreement.

  • Second and Lower Tier Subcontractor If a Subcontractor at any tier does all or part of the changed Work with its employees, the Subcontractor's markup on the Subcontractor’s work with its employees shall be twenty-five percent of the first $50,000 of the cost, and twenty percent of the remaining cost, if any. The management markup of a Subcontractor's work by the Contractor and all intervening tiers of Subcontractors shall not exceed seven and one half percent for the Contractor and any Subcontractor, or a total of fifteen percent for the changes to the Work.

  • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • LOT OVERVIEW This Contract encompasses the Lots listed in Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information. The following descriptions, as applicable, delineate the scope of the awarded Lots.

  • STRIKE AND LOCKOUT 7.01 During the term of this agreement, the Company agrees that there shall be no lockout and the Union agrees that there shall be no slow-down, strike or any other stoppage of or interference with work that would cause any interruption of work.

Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.
