Lot Use Summarization. As of the Effective Date, it is anticipated that the Project will include approximately 106 total Lots (single-family). The total number of Lots for the Project shall be in accordance with, and determined by, the Final Plat. However, notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, the Parties expressly acknowledge and agree that the total number of Lots for the Project will not exceed 110 Lots (single-family).
