Lottery Staff. Treatment of Lottery Staff: Retailer agrees that all times, it will cooperate, be courteous, and provide business- like treatment to Lottery employees, officers, agents, vendors, and the Oregon State Police, while they are performing duties related to this Contract and Retailer will require all of its employees to do the same. Retailer will take all reasonable measures to protect Lottery staff who perform work at the Premises from interference by any persons on the Premises and will require all its employees to do the same.

Lottery Staff. At all times, Retailers will cooperate, be courteous, and provide business-like treatment to Lottery employees, officers, agents, and vendors, while they are performing duties related to this Contract and will require all of its employees to do the same. At all times, the Retailers will take all reasonable measures to protect Lottery staff who perform work at the Premises from interference by any persons on the Premises and will require all of its employees to do the same. Lottery employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner representative of the agency. Complaints regarding violations of this section will be investigated by the Idaho Lottery. Confirmed and/or repeated violations could result in termination of a Retailer’s Lottery license or discipline against the Lottery employee.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply.   • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.
