Common use of Loyalty Bonus Clause in Contracts

Loyalty Bonus. Any employee who has completed ten (10) years of full-time service to the District shall receive a one-time payment of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) on September 15 of the next school year, provided the employee is still employed in the District. Any employee who has completed twenty (20) years of full-time service to the District shall receive a one-time payment of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) on September 15 of the next school year, provided the employee is still employed in the District. Any employee who has completed either ten (10) or twenty (20) years of service prior to the 2017-2018 school year shall receive such payment on September 15, 2017, provided the employee is still employed in the District.
