Lump Sum Not to Exceed. Fee shall establish the maximum amount of compensation to be paid to the Consultant for the Services performed on a specific Project, or phase, or task under a Work Order. Payments to the Consultant shall be based on the actual work effort required to complete the Project, phase or task.

  • Lump Sum Payments If, during the Employment Period, the Company terminates the Executive's employment other than for Cause, or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, the Company shall pay to the Executive the following amounts:

The price change shall include the cost percent allowed for the Contractor's overhead and profit and, if eligible, Time Dependent Overhead Costs.
