MAG Payment. RAC shall pay to the State or its designee on the Payment Commencement Date and on the first day of each calendar month thereafter during the Term, in equal monthly installments in advance, without demand, setoff, reduction, or credit, an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the MAG applicable for the RAC Agreement Year in which such month falls. The MAG for the first RAC Agreement Year is set forth in Exhibit B-4. The MAG for each RAC Agreement Year thereafter shall be eighty- five percent (85%) of [the Concession Fee][the greater of the MAG or the Percentage Fee] due to the State from RAC hereunder for the previous RAC Agreement Year. The MAG shall be adjusted ratably for any partial RAC Agreement Year (based upon the number of days in the year falling within the Term). If the MAG is not determined at the time a payment is required, then RAC shall continue to pay installments at the rate last payable until the actual amount is determined, at which time (i) RAC shall pay any excess MAG owed (but in no event later than ten (10) days after the State’s request), or RAC shall be entitled to a credit against the next MAG owed in the amount of any excess paid, and (ii) the monthly installment shall be readjusted to be one- twelfth (1/12) of the actual MAG.

  • Billing; Payment Conga will issue an invoice to You on or about the Effective Date and at least 30 days before the subsequent anniversary of the Effective Date for renewal terms as specified in the associated Order Form. Such fees shall be paid annually in advance. Conga will invoice You in advance or otherwise in accordance with the Order Form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due net 30 days from the invoice date. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information and notifying Conga of any changes to such information. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are nonrefundable, except as expressly set forth in the Agreement to the contrary.   • E-PAYMENT Contractor agrees to accept all payments in United States currency via the State of Mississippi’s electronic payment and remittance vehicle. The agency agrees to make payment in accordance with Mississippi law on “Timely Payments for Purchases by Public Bodies,” which generally provides for payment of undisputed amounts by the agency within forty-five (45) days of receipt of invoice. Mississippi Code Annotated § 31-7-301 et seq.

  • Down Payment The Mortgagor has contributed at least 5% of the purchase price for the Mortgaged Property with his/her own funds.

  • Sending Payments a. You may send money to another User at your initiation or in response to that User’s request for money. You understand that use of the Zelle® and Other Payment Services by you shall at all times be subject to (i) this Agreement, and (ii) your express authorization at the time of the transaction for us or another Network Financial Institution to initiate a debit entry to your bank account. You understand that when you send the payment, you will have no ability to stop it. When a Sender initiates a Payment Instruction, the Receiver is not required to accept the payment if the Receiver has not enrolled in Zelle®. You agree that you as a Sender will not hold us liable for any damages resulting from a Receiver not enrolling in Zelle®. For the Zelle® Payment Service, you may only cancel a payment if the person to whom you sent the money has not yet enrolled in the Zelle® Payment Service. As to the Zelle® Payment Service, if the person you sent money to has already enrolled with Zelle®, either in the Zelle® Standalone Locations or with a Network Financial Institution, then the money is sent directly to their bank account (except as otherwise provided below) and may not be canceled or revoked. Cancellation is addressed more generally in Section 6 (Payment Cancellation, Stop Payment Requests and Refused Payments) below. You may initiate a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated immediately via Zelle®. Via the Other Payment Services, you may also initiate (a) a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated at a later specified date up to one (1) year, and (b) a recurring series of Payment Instructions to a Receiver for which processing shall be initiated on the specified dates.
