Mail Distribution. The Union shall be responsible for delivering Union material to the facility where the employee works. The Union shall address all communications to a particular individual. The Shop Xxxxxxx shall be responsible for distribution. The Union may also utilize the electronic mail system for the purpose of conducting regular business with the management of the District.
