USE OF OFFICIAL FACILITIES. A. At the request of the Union, subject to availability, space will be made available for meetings of the Union during non-duty hours of the employees involved. The Union agrees to exercise reasonable care in using such space and will leave it in a clean and orderly condition.
USE OF OFFICIAL FACILITIES. Section 1. The Employer shall provide the Association in each school with a mailbox, where available, and/or a distribution box identified for the exclusive use of the Association. Xxxx received at the school specifically addressed to the Association shall be depos- ited in the appropriate box. The Employer will lend assistance to the FRS in acquiring an Association mailbox at the installa- tion military post office, if available.

The Employer agrees to permit distribution of notices and circulars sponsored by the Union to all employees in the unit through regular internal distribution procedures provided that they: 1. are reasonable in size; 2. are signed by the local President or designee;
USE OF OFFICIAL FACILITIES. 25.01 The Union may distribute notices and circulars sponsored by the Union to bargaining unit employees through normal distribution facilities, including an electronic bulletin board accessible through E-mail, provided that: (1) material is routed through the Labor Relations Officer for approval; and (2) distribution and updates will usually be limited to monthly releases. Notices and circulars, including E-mails may contain information to bargaining unit members regarding impact and implementation issues in their work areas and other representational matters, excluding internal union business (e.g., solicitation of union dues and Union elections). The Union will comply with the following criteria in the distribution of its materials:
USE OF OFFICIAL FACILITIES a) The Union agrees that the use of Government office space, bulletin boards, equipment, and services, including computers, printers, scanners, telephone calling cards and air cards, is limited to official business, contacting appropriate management counterparts, and representational functions. The Union agrees that Government provided facilities, equipment and services cannot be used for internal Union business.
USE OF OFFICIAL FACILITIES. Section 1.0. At the request of the Union, the Employer shall provide adequate facilities to include office space, restroom, heating and air conditioning capabilities. Any furnishings and office equipment currently in the assigned space may be retained by the Union; however, the Union is responsible for any replacement of furnishings and equipment, other than real property. The Union is responsible for prudent care of the facilities, including securing the space when not occupied, routine cleaning, and submitting any work orders to the Directorate of Public Works as necessary for normal maintenance or emergency repair. The Union may petition the Installation Work Control Board for any facility concerns for consideration by the Xxxxxxxx Commander.

USE OF OFFICIAL FACILITIES. Management agrees that the Union will be permitted to use official facilities and services if requested in advance and approved by Management. Management agrees to designate an employee lunch room and allow vending machines if possible. Management agrees to provide a locker room and shower for employees who have duties requiring a change from street clothing if possible. Management agrees to permit Union officers use of Federal Telecommunication System telephones for official business related to labor Management relations. The Union agrees that no use will be made of FTS telephones to place commercial calls.
USE OF OFFICIAL FACILITIES. Section a. Building 5744 (west end) will be the Union’s meeting facility and offices. The building will be renovated within ninety (90) days of the signing of this Supplement. Any maintenance will be provided by the Employer within thirty (30) days of the request being submitted. The Union will have use of an inmate as needed to maintain sanitation.
Section b. The Employer will provide the Union with five (5) reserved parking spots in the lot behind building 5744.
Section c. The Union will be provided a LEEPS for use on official union business. Section d. The Union will be provided with the following office equipment: - two (2) inkjet printers - a FAX machine with dedicated phone line - six (6) pagers - use of a copy machine - use of audio/video equipment for training - available conference table for meeting area
Section e. The Union will be allowed the use of government vehicles as available while on official time as defined in Article 11 of the Master Agreement. The Union will be allowed to use Voice Mail and LAN to disseminate information.
Section f. The Employer will provide a lockable bulletin board immediately adjacent to the key line in both administration buildings and the Personnel office. In addition, 3' X 6' lockable bulletin boards will be provided for the Union’s use in both employee lounges.
