Mail Services. BTU-ESP may use the School Board mail service, including employee mailboxes, for official communication to education support professionals, provided the BTU-ESP complies with all provisions of the Private Express Statutes, including postage requirements. The parties agree that should the Private Express Statutes change regarding required postage, this provision shall be modified accordingly. BTU-ESP and the Board shall develop guidelines for this service and for appropriate charges prior to implementing the use of the mail service.
Mail Services. Landlord covenants and agrees that throughout the term of this Lease Landlord shall provide Tenant with mail delivery services within the Corporate Campus.
Mail Services. The Union will have the right to use the District mail services and employee mailboxes provided said use does not violate any federal or state statute and does not require added costs for the District.
Mail Services a. DHRE Mail Room services are available to Licensee for receiving mail and packages during the occupancy period.
b. Licensee is responsible for checking for mail and packages.
c. CSUSB and DHRE are not responsible for lost or stolen items, condition of mail upon receipt, or delays in delivery or pick up.
Mail Services. The Union shall be permitted to use the inter/intra agency mail distribution service for Unit representation activities, except as prohibited by law. Such mailings shall be of a reasonable size, volume and frequency, and shall be prepared in accordance with departmental specifications. The Employer, its officers and employees shall have no liability to the Union or an employee for the delivery or security of such mailings, including any mailings directed to an employee from outside the Agency.
Mail Services. The Union shall have the right to use designated unit member mailboxes for communications to members. The use of unit member mailboxes shall not be restricted so long as the intended communications are identified as those of the Union. The communications will be presented to the employee assigned as the mailbox clerk.

Mail Services. The University mailroom handles incoming and outgoing correspondence of the institution and should not be used for personal mail delivery, in lieu of a home address. Any personal mail sent through the University facilities must have appropriate postage attached. Personal packages are not to be routinely routed through Central Receiving for either delivery or mailing. Mail Services. To the extent it does not overtax building mailbox facilities, the District shall permit Association use of the District courier service for distribution of Association communications materials. Such materials shall be clearly labeled as Association business, display the name of the authorizing Association representative and shall not defame any individual, group, or agency. Partisan political materials shall not be distributed through the school district's mail or e-mail service. The District shall permit the Association to use District e-mail for Association communications as permitted by law.
Mail Services. The Union shall have the right to distribute mail to unit members through the District’s mail service. The distribution of unit member communications shall not be restricted so long as the intended communications are identified as those of the Union.
