Use of Bulletin Boards and Mailboxes. The local Association shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on a designated bulletin board in the teachers' lounge. The Association may use the teachers' mailboxes for communications to bargaining unit members.
Use of Bulletin Boards and Mailboxes. The MHTA shall be granted use of the bulletin board space in the copy rooms of each building. Only professional material and communication related to MHTA may be routed to employees through the school mailboxes/email system and the material shall be clearly identified as a MHTA communication. The distribution of MHTA communications shall in no way interfere with the primary purpose of the interoffice mail/email system as determined by the Board and Superintendent.
Use of Bulletin Boards and Mailboxes. The Association shall have the right to place Association communications in individual mailboxes at individual school sites so long as this does not interfere with the school program or the normal operation of the school site. The Association shall have the right to post notices with appropriate Association identification regarding activities and matters of Association concerns on one bulletin board at each site in an area frequented by unit members, except that no school district funds, services, supplies, or equipment shall be used for the purpose of urging the support or defeat of any ballot measure or candidate, including, but not limited to, any candidate for election to the governing board of the district.
