MAILBOXES, EMAIL AND UNION MATERIALS. The Union may utilize employees’ mailboxes and the District email system to communicate notices and other materials related to Union activities to employees. Communication of such material through mailboxes and through email shall be made by authorized representatives of the Union. All materials placed in mailboxes and in email by the Union shall bear the name of the Union. The Union acknowledges that the District may review email communications, and that any communication through the District email system accordingly are not private or confidential.
