Main Conditions of the Approved Activity Provider Licence. It is a condition of the appointment of the Approved Activity Provider pursuant to clause 2.1 of this Agreement that the Approved Activity Provider complies with the terms of this clause 3. For the avoidance of doubt, a failure by the Approved Activity Provider to comply with any of the terms of this clause 3 shall entitle ASL to immediately suspend or terminate the Agreement.
