Main Hall and Kitchen. a. Main Hall capacity is 160 people. b. It is required that one member of the food staff/cooking team have current Ontario Food Safety Certification. c. No water or food fights will be tolerated in any buildings. d. No bare backs or feet are permitted in the kitchen or main hall. e. Main hall and kitchen are to be kept tidy during the event. They are to be swept and mopped thoroughly at the end of your event. f. Before leaving, please return tables and chairs to their original location.
